Request a Trial Server

Introduction: We welcome anyone interested in purchasing a server from us to take it out for a test drive first. Important: You are limited to one request per server and datacenter. All trial servers last for one hour starting from the time your server is setup. Trial servers are intended to be used to test your ping as well as the smoothness of the server. They are not intended to be used for matches or scrims. To ensure that your server gets setup at the time that you want, please contact us at least an hour before the time that you want your trial server to be setup for. Additionally, please only request trial servers between 12pm and 12am PST. Rules: To request a trial server, please either contact sales@xtremecybergames.com with "Trial Server" in the title, or private message an operator in our #XtremeCybergames channel in IRC on the GameSurge network. Within your e-mail or private message, please state: 1. The game that you want to test out (If you are a Half-Life 1 or Half-Life 2 player, please indicate whether you want to test a "Value", "Elite", or "Pro Gamer" server.) 2. The datacenter that you want (our locations are listed on the right side of our front page) 3. The time that you would like to start your trial (please use PST, or specify another timezone) 4. The number of players that you would like, otherwise we will default it to one of our initial values
